Grounded Strategies Takes Over The Produce Preservation Program

Debra Hellbach, partner at Grounded Strategies is pleased to announce that Grounded Strategies has taken over the delivery of the Produce Preservation Program from the BC Food Processors Association.

Debra was involved in the development of the Produce Preservation Program as part of the Produce Availability Initiative in Remote Communities funded by the Province of BC.  She also managed the delivery of the program on the behalf of the BC Food Processors Association from 2011 to 2015.

Grounded Strategies plans to work in partnership with other Food Skills training providers to wards including food preservation training in their offerings.

The Produce Preservation Program will transition to PRESERVEMore and include preservation training modules for the safe and nutritious processing of meat and fish.
